Food and Beer!
Starr Hill Amber Ale (like the third beer I've had from them, and they've all been impressive) with a mac N cheese variant (sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, pesto). All played nicely together, in harmony.
We have gotten to the point where we van vary the mac N cheese to suit our mood, and American amber ales are very food-friendly and flexible beers. Good food and good beer, perfect for an evening in.
