Beer and food!
Yes, it's another variant of macaroni and cheese, this time bacon cheeseburger (with onions, ground beef, ketchup, and mustard in the sauce) served with Sierra Nevada Summerfest Pilsner.
Basically, your standard burger-and-beer combination. The beer is, of course, well balanced, in addition to being tasty and refreshing; it serves as a neat foil for a massive wadge of casserole. A dinner of yum. :-)
