Tonight's beer: Full Sail Session Fest
Caramel, bread, toast balanced by grassy-floral bitterness. Flickers of pine and spice. Dim possibilities of fruit through the middle. Dries thoroughly into and beyond the finish.
Medium-bodied, tending to the lighter side of that, with very good carbonation. A bit of bready chewiness and stickiness, but finishes pretty clean; gently drying, cleansing, and *very* refreshing.
A very nice amber lager. Very drinkable, with lots of intense and complex flavor; nicely balanced and well-integrated. Delicious from start to finish. Another reason I trust Full Sail Lots.
