Grassy-floral bitterness, with threads of citrus and pine. Plenty of pale bread for balance, with flickers of caramel and toast. Impressions of nuts and/or toffee in the distance. Bitter, then a bit sweet, then nicely and thoroughly dry.

Medium-bodied, decently carbonated. Drying and scrubbing and pretty refreshing. A bit to much resinous stickiness for this to come across as clean or cleansing. Bordering on abrasive.

A pretty nice IPA. Intense and complex, pretty well-balanced (considering the style) and nicely integrated. Pretty drinkable, if on the abrasive side—I'm pretty sure it's what the brewers intended. A nice little find from a trip to Georgia.
