Beer and food!
The beer is Brewer's Art Ozzy (now known as Beazly, because Mr. Osbourne is an idiot with no sense of humor (in addition to having minimal talent)). The food may not look particularly appetizing, but it's a crab mac and cheese that's entirely delicious. The sweetness in the beer played off the sweetness of the crab and the sauce; the bitterness made a marvelous dancing partner for the horseradish (we used horseradish cheddar, and a homemade cocktail sauce with a moderate dollop of the stuff); the herbal threads bounced pleasantly off the herbs in the sauce.
A delicious beer, by any name; a delicious dinner.
