4 Hands Incarnation

Tonight's beer:

4 Hands Incarnation

Opens imposingly bitter: musky tropical fruits, backed by citrus mostly orange and lime), flowers, pine, grass. Bready sweetness, laced with honey, arises through the middle. Bitterness reasserts itself into a smooth and gradual finish as the beer dries out.

On the light side of medium-bodied, nicely carbonated. Scrubbing and cleansing, potently refreshing. some soft resinous stickiness, quickly clean. Finishes surprisingly smooth.

A crazily delicious IPA: giddily intense and astonishingly complex, pretty close to balanced, nicely integrated. Drinkable as hell. Graceful and supple. I have a niggling feeling I've had something else from these guys, maybe not; either way, this is one awesome beer.
