Tonight's beer:
Opens with a wave of orangey pulpy-juicy citrus, lemons and limes and grapefruit in the weave. Flowers and grass and pine layered bitterness immediately after. Bready sweetness through the middle, traces of honey and dried fruits an bright baking spice. Wraps up smoothly dry on re-emergent bitterness, with lingering citrus.
On the light-bodied side, with lots of scrubbing fine carbonation. Cleansing and drying and powerfully refreshing. Absolutely zero alcohol presence.
Somewhere between a mimosa and a turbocharged witbier—delicious and perfect for with brunch (not when I'm having it, for shame). Quite intense and remarkably complex, balanced and superbly well-integrated and devastatingly drinkable. A magnificent beer, from a brewery I stumbled upon visiting Georgia (and which I'm happy to support as much as possible).
